Faith & Fitness

Our Faith & Fitness program is designed to provide a safe, secure place for sisters of all ages in the community to come exercise, promote a healthy lifestyle according to the Sunnah, and build a strong sisterhood.

Prophet Muhammed (SAW) stated that there are two blessings which many people waste: Health & Free time (Sahih Al-Bukhari).

The goal of this initiative will encourage us to live according to the Qur’an and Sunnah by fostering fitness into our regular routine while promoting effective use of time. In addition, these weekly sessions and reminders will serve as a form of dawah for Muslims and Non-muslims alike.
